ORGANIZATION AND PURPOSE:
Santa Anita Oaks Home Owners Association
Welcome to the Santa Anita Oaks Homeowners Association (SAOHOA). This website exists
to serve Santa Anita Oaks residents with information about their community and to facilitate
communication with the SAOHOA Board Members. The general purpose of the SAOHOA is to
promote the best interests and needs of our community. We strive to maintain a quality, single-
family, residential environment. It is our goal to protect the property values, architectural
character and quality of our neighborhood.
The Board of Directors meets monthly from September through June. Meeting are held on the
2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm and generally concludes at 8:15 pm. Location to be
announced each month on this website.
Membership Dues:
All resident homeowners are encouraged to join the Association. The HOA dues per year per home is
$80.00. Your dues help to pay for the Flock Safety Camera program designed to protect all of us
living in this community. The dues may be mailed to or payment can be paid via Zelle using our email address

A resident owner who has paid dues is eligible to serve on the Board of Directors. Residents
may volunteer to work with the Association whether they are Members or not. Street
Captains/Neighborhood Watch Captains have been appointed and are posted on this website.

An Architectural Review Board (ARB) is a part of the Association, which operates under City
of Arcadia Family Design Guidelines dated October 2019. The ARB consists of seven members
and are elected at the annual meeting.
THE BOARD IS ASKING FOR YOUR HELP
Email is a cost effective solution and a great way to communicate in a timely manner. We have
had a great response to the e-mail correspondence that we implemented. We have been able to
answer questions, take comments, send reminders of meetings and Neighborhood Watch notices.
